Mr. Eric Paolo Quejano is the Subject Head of General Science in Middle School – BINUS SCHOOL Serpong. He joined in the school in 2009.
Mr. Eric as fondly called by his students, colleagues and friends is one of the people in this home for learning whom you see smiling and animated when you bumped into along the corridors or in the grounds. His taste in dressing up can be traced way back when he was still young. He grew up seeing her mom how she arranges her clothes, plans what to wear and fixing up herself to look presentable, decent and modest at the same time. This is aside from the daily job of his mother as an employee in a fabric and textile company in the Manila, Philippines. Observing these things, influenced him to organise and fix himself as well and manages to look fresh, young and vibrant. Also, to look for best quality of clothes yet at a lesser cost.
Eric lived by this quote from Tom Ford, “Dressing well is a form of good manners”. With this in mind, he inculcated to himself the look comfortable and properly yet, modestly dressed up at all times. For him dressing-up means you attune yourself to what the occasions asked for it and making one’s self presentable.
He learned also that it doesn’t matter the value of the clothes you are wearing whether it’s a signature brand or just the average type, what value the most is you wear comfortably and confidently because at the end of the day, our appearance will be based not of the prices of the things we wear, but on how we present ourselves to everyone with right the attitude. Good looks is not about how expensive we wear, but it is about how confident you are. Hence, this is why he always point out to himself that “Fashion is what you buy, Style is what you do with it”.
